I had an adult micro-suction appointment with Marina at Clear Hearing Solution, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Marina was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and gave me some really helpful advice as well.My ears have improved significantly since the appointment, and I felt I was in very capable hands throughout. The treatment room was cosy, bright, and relaxing, which made the whole experience even more comfortable.I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Marina and Clear Hearing Solution to anyone looking for excellent ear care. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I felt very comfortable around her and after my visit I left with a better understanding of my situation. It really was a pleasure spending time with her, she is a credit to humanity. Fabulous, professional service After having a very traumatic microsuction pharmacist appointment (non audiologist), that left me in 5 days of severe pain, Marina kindly saw me for an emergency appointment. Thank goodness she did see me! Marina discovered that the pharmacist had bruised my eardrum, which caused a blister, hence the intense pain. I also saw Marina today for a review, to clean the same ear of remaining skin from blister healing. Marina truly is a wonderful audiologist, she is genuine, kind and professional. She explains everything and is very thorough. I truly believe that unless microsuction is being done by a professional like Marina, it should not be done in pharmacists, by someone whom is "trained" but not qualified properly.

I was in alot of pain and very nervous but Marina calmed and reassured me. Within 30mins, she had resolved and cured my pain and problem and I cant be happier. I would highly recommend Marina, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I would never go to a pharmacist again for microsuction and would suggest to anyone, see a qualified audiologist, whom has the correct and proper ENT equipment.

An extraordinary experience (and one that puts me in mind of St Paul on the road to Damascus)! My hearing loss and associated problems have been a hindrance to me for many years, but the last ten months has seen the problem exacerbated to a level of utter torment. At last - after a fortune on private audiologists, ENT consultants (both private and NHS), MRIs, hearing aids, sprays, supplements, therapies, etc - I found my way to Barry from London on the recommendation of a friend whose sister’s quality of life was transformed utterly by this practice. And it was transformative. At last, someone who was skilled and assured enough to look at my particular issues holistically and to ask questions other practitioners seemed to wilfully steer away from. I have come away from this consultation not with a ‘cure’ (to expect that would be naive) but with a better understanding of the issues that affect ME (and not just some generic textbook recitation) and what I can do to help mitigate those issues. I feel empowered and hopeful for the first time in ages and know that the ball is in my court (but with a better understanding of the game and with better coping techniques). To travel from London to Barry to see a specialist might seem a bit of an ‘overkill’ but not in this instance. I have received such quality care, been accorded total attention, given time to expand on my situation & concerns, reassured but not promised, and all of this in a straight-talking, matter of fact, pragmatic style that’s not without warmth and charm (I will admit to having a thoroughly good time!). Will I be back? Absolutely, because I know that I need to build this relationship so as to reach the best possible address of my condition. Would I recommend this practice? Without any hesitation! That I’m taking the time on the train back to London to write this demonstrates just how powerful my experience was. In a few words; go nowhere else!

Fantastic service What a lovely knowledgeable lady, I took my son as he was having trouble hearing, she was very kind and friendly and put us at ease. She cleaned his ears and he can hear properly for the first time in a long time. Thanks so much we will return in future

Apprehensive on my first visit. Everything explained before removing ear wax pressure test and hearing test. Excellent and would highly recommend.
